This is mostly a walking tour but we also take the subway and of course a magnificent boat ride on the harbor to see the Statue of Liberty! This tour is also great for groups & families.

See the magnificent & world famous Plaza Hotel

For over 100 years, The Plaza has been the place to see and be seen in New York. Kings, presidents, and stage and movie stars have all visited and stayed at The Plaza. The iconic hotel has served as the venue for the most opulent social events as well as classic Hollywood blockbusters.

Magnificent architecture of St. Patrick's Cathedral

It is the largest Gothic Revival Catholic cathedral in North America, as well as the first significant Gothic Revival cathedral in the United States, with elements from English, French, and German Gothic architecture.

Rockefeller Center (including NBC studios)

Rockefeller Center is a complex of 19 commercial buildings located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. It was built by the Rockefeller family in the 1930s and is a National Historic Landmark. One of the most famous features of Rockefeller Center is the outdoor public space, which includes the famous ice-skating rink, the Prometheus statue, and the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony. The NBC Studios, located in the center, is home to several popular TV shows such as Saturday Night Live and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

  • I'm a college professor at the City University of New York, a fully licensed tour guide, and a life-long native New Yorker. I love this town! It's the greatest in the world and I love showing it off! I love to teach others about the history of New York City. I truly love meeting new people from all over the world. My tours focus a lot on history but also on a lot of FUN things like where do movie stars and celebrities live ( we might even spot one!). We also learn about little known New York secrets as well as the best places to eat, drink, shop, party, etc. We will learn a lot but more importantly we will have FUN!
